Meet the Team at Willowbrook Hills
Libbye Leone has been with Willowbrook Hills since 2023, and started as a sales director. Throughout her 8 years in senior living, she had held roles through different areas. She has been fueled by a profound passion for serving seniors originating from many invaluable years spent living with her grandparents. Her grandmother, a charge nurse in a skilled nursing facility, served as a remarkable inspiration throughout her life.
Outside of work, she finds joy exploring the outdoors with her boyfriend, Rob and dog, Cleo. Her favorite form of leisurely exercise involves strolling through the aisles of local TJ Maxx and HomeGoods, savoring the unique finds and treasures.
The heart of her professional dedication lies in the genuine care and respect she has for seniors, cultivated through personal experiences and family ties. She is committed to creating enriching and compassionate environments, ensuring the well-being of those she works with.
Matthew has been in the Senior Living industry for 5 years. Since his start as a concierge, he has accepted more responsibilities over time, becoming an Operations Manager and a Business Office Manager at other communities.
His heartbeat and purpose is to serve people. There is joy in his heart when he can help people discover what they are looking for and tend to their needs. Whether it’s for residents, families, partners, or employees, he finds it a privilege to work alongside individuals that enhance the quality of life for residents. That is why he loves working in senior living.
Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his wife. They enjoy going grocery shopping, watching Netflix, and going on walks together. They also have the privilege of serving as leaders for their church’s youth ministry. They are honored to help upcoming generations while serving generations that have gone before them.
